The curved western elevation is a unitised system tuned to cut afternoon solar gain without shrinking the floor plate's daylight.
Base build completed two weeks early, with tenant fit-out running in parallel from level three upward.

Handover was completed against the programme agreed at contract signature, with the commissioning record and as-built documentation issued in the same week rather than chased for months afterwards.
